The HHR is powered by an ECOTEC 2.2L (Variable Valve Timing) DOHC 4-cylinder engine, with FlexFuel (E85 Gas Ethanol) capability. It produces 155 horsepower and 150 lb-ft of torque. Improved fuel efficiency is achieved courtesy of the 5-speed manual transmission, and the speed-sensitive electric power steering helps you handle the HHR with ease.
Interior cargo space is increased by the 60/40 split-folding rear seat and the 5-passenger capacity. The Chevy HHR has the common standards like power windows, and power locks, but also features 2 auxiliary power outlets and PASS-KEY III+, a system designed to protect your vechicle from theft. With 155 horsepower capability powered by a 2.2L, 4-cylinder DOHC engine, the Pabel LS model is a terrific choice for a powerful and affordable SUV. Equipment that sets the Panel LS apart from HRR's previous trims include lockable underfloor cargo storage; a rear power plug connector; black, power adjustable outside mirrors; a power outlet in the cargo area; and deep-tinted rear glass. 
In addition to the standard equipment of the Panel LS, the HHR Panel LT has power-adjustable outside mirrors and carpeted front floor mats.
